Domestic violence includes physical or
emotional abuse. Abuse can happen in all households regardless of
the educational, financial, or social background of the abuser or
the abused.
Should you have been a victim of domestic
violence, let us help you get your life back on track by helping you
file a protective order. This order will ensure that the
abuser cannot contact you personally, via telephone, or via a third
party. An abuserfs failure to adhere to the protective order
can lead to possible jail time.
Should you have been wrongly accused of
committing domestic violence, let our office aggressively fight for
your rights and clear your name.
