A divorce officially ends the marriage.
This process can be stressful, costly, and time-consuming.
There are two types of path that can be taken when you decide to end
your marriage.
1. No Court
Divorce: This process is the fastest and easiest way to
end a marriage, and is often used when parties have decided to
have an amicable divorce. Our office can help both of you
write a Marital Settlement Agreement and file the proper documents
with the court.
2. Litigated
or Contested Divorce: A contested divorce is time consuming and
costly. A contested divorce often requires court intervention to
help determine issues such child support, child visitation and
custody, spousal support, division of assets, and attorneyfs fees.
Our office understands the importance of protecting your rights.
Our attorneys will aggressively represent you in court and protect
your rights and assets.
